Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. OUD (11.1.2.3.0) send the following warning regarding oracle.jrf. Which JRF-Version is correct for 11.1.2.3.0? How can we correct the issue?

<Warning> <oracle.jrf> <BEA-000000> <JRF component or service with type "startup-class" and name "DMS-Startup" is not found.>
