RMS 14.1 Url is not opening

Hi Friends,

I installed oracle retail merchandising system 14.1 in one of my organization's server.

But the RMS URL is not opening in browser.

URL: http://10.209.178.20:9001/forms/frmservlet?config=rms14inst

I checked for the network connectivity. I am able to ping the server and able to login via ssh.

And below applications are opening in my desktop.

1. weblogic console

2. RMS Help application

Here the formsweb.cfg file content.

[orawls@mom config]$ tail formsweb.cfg

envfile=./rms14inst/rms14inst.env

width=950

height=685

separateFrame=true

form=rtkstrt.fmx
