Can I just download the new ar deposit upload spreadsheet from PUM 9.2.015

Having faced the bug id 21523272 in the ar deposit excel upload, the fix is in the PUM 9.2.015 image (42GB) how can I get just the modified spreadsheet (according to the bug it's only excel formatting) without having to create an environment just to extract it?

It appears to be solely in the Excel coding that the fix is applied

According to the Bug ID Doc:

Test the new speadsheet by uploading various data for more than one spreadsheet.  Data from previous spreadsheets SHOULD NOT be brought in to the current upload and all records should be created in a valid way and uploaded without errors.
