Difference between ../psp/ps/?tab=default&languageCd=ENG and ../psp/ps/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/h/?tab=DEFAULT

Hello,

we upgraded to pt 8.54.10 and HCM 9.2. since then usersare reporting white pages in the production sso environment. We suspect we are not using the correct URL to log into the application.  We are using the same URL https://myurl/psp/ps/?tab=default we used in pt 8.53.14 HCM 9.0.

can anybody explain what is the difference between

https://myurl/psp/ps/?tab=Default

and

https://myurl/psp/ps/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/h/?tab=DEFAULT

?
