Requirement to record and report (daily/weekly/monthly) response times/SLAs met (Y/N) against the 's
Hi All,
For one of our PeopleSoft customer (CRM8.8/PT8.50), we have a requirement to record and report (daily/weekly/monthly) response times/SLAs met (Y/N) against the 'selective/critical' PeopleSoft business transactions. I believe with PPM, one can know the performance gaps in terms-of top heavy queries etc, but may not fit our purpose. Request all to share if anyone has any experience with similar requirement via some 3rd party tool (licensed/freeware) or from within the PS.
