Lookup Field with a Lookup Query on Process Form in OIM 11gR2 displaying as text field

How to render a field on a process form so that when modifying the field for the resource a "Search and Select" window appears and allows the user to search for the value based on the lookup query defined for the field in Design Console?

The lookup field has been defined as a lookup query through Design Console . When creating the Form through OIM System Administration the field is created as a Text Field, not as a Lookup.
