Printing Checks in multiple remote locations

We have a need to print checks at our 100+ locations. Currently, in order to do this, we have setup our banks under separate setids where each business unit has a bank account under a unique setid. We then have a customization that finds the appropriate printer based on the setid. All of the bank accounts tie to one physical bank account. We want to do away with the multiple setids and put all of our bank accounts under one. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how we can continue to print checks at multiple locations without having to
