UMX , How to fetch the approval hierarchy of a Access request

Hi

After a complete cycle of Access request to a responsibility , how can we extract the approval hierarchy of that request, as to know when and who has approved that request.

Also note that we are purging the records from WF_NOTIFICATIONS table,

Plz suggest tables to extract or a query . this is requested by Audit team
