Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Filter Scoring Engine in Advanced Collection R11

Hi Community,

We would like use scoring engine filter functionality in order to different scoring method to different customer types

When I define a new filter I get a predefined list of seeded view. a new custom view is not available in this view.

How can we add custom view to this list ?

Do we have anther way to define different scoring to different customers ?
