Posupld aborted with Table ITEM_COST_HEAD@3-54 with key values of %s2, %s3 is locked by another user

Hi I got a issue where posupld when it is run in multiple threads is aborted with the following error:

posupld_309~20151125043825~new_item_loc~ITEM_COST_HEAD~105~RET-0105: generic stored procedure error~Table ITEM_COST_HEAD@3-54 with key values of %s2, %s3 is locked by another user., Record#=0000000109

Does any one know why this is occurring? I found a similar issue : (Doc ID 1635006.1), which I believe might be the happening with posupld.

Any one else experience a similar issue?
