Replication of a new OUD user for another OUD with DIP

I have two SOUNDs but different tree structure. I need to synchronize using the Directory Integration Platform. The first OUD receives users data from trusted source and need to send the change to second OUD.

The synchronization of data changes is working perfectly but I have a problem with new users that are created in my first OUD and need send to second OUD.

Can the DIP create the user if not exist on OUD destination ?
