Pre-requisite errors when applying Req'd for Upgrade fixes b4 data conversion - Initial Pass

Hi,

We are performing the Initial Pass Upgrade for our HCM 9.1 to 9.2 Upgrade. We are currently on Task 5-7: Applying Updates before Data Conversion. As instructed on the PUM Home ( Doc ID 1641843.2 ), section Applying Required at Upgrade Patches Before Data Conversion, we have done the following:

1) Downloaded the latest HCM Update Image (HCM 9.2.014) from the PUM Home page (posted Oct 9, 2015)

2) Created Custom change package containing all Required for Upgrade Patches on HCM PI 14 with Target database as HCM PI 9 (our Upgrade Source database for the Upgrade)

3) Applied the custom change package to Upgrade Source Image HCM PI 9

4) After running the compare project against our Copy of Production (HPROD), attempted to apply the custom change package using HCM PI 9 as Source and HPROD as Target but received errors in Check 5: Pre-Requisite for Change Packages part of Change Package's Wizard Compatibility check when the change package is being applied, specifically:
