I need to install new language in my peoplesoft financial application 9.1 with peopletools 8.53.

Hi All,

I need to install new language in my peoplesoft financial application 9.1 with peopletools 8.53. My base language is English and it's a non-unicode oracle database.

So do I need to first convert my database to unicode?

Please suggest the steps.
