AWE Transaction Configuration

Hi,

We've been using AWE for requisition approvals for a few years now, but have recently come across an issue.  On the Transaction Configuration page, we have set up on the "On Final Approval" event several notifications.  One goes to the requestor, one goes to the buyer and one goes to the user that added the requisition.  This all works correctly.  The problem happens when the user that enters the requisition is also the buyer.Only one email is sent instead of two.  They should get the buyer email and the entered by email.  We tried changing the Priority, but that did
