header on expired password page distorted in pt 8.54

Hi everyone,

We are upgrading to PT 8.54.16 this weekend.  We are Campus Solutions 9.0 so we are using the Classic styles (not Swan or Tangerine) as directed by a Peoplesoft document.  I just discovered that when your password is expired (at the time of logging in)  and you click on the link to change your password, the MAINTAIN_SECURITY.EXPIRE_CHANGE_PSWD component/page is displayed with a distorted header.  It is still using the PORTAL_EXP_PASSWORD_HDR html object to create the header.  The only changes we have done was to replace the oracle logo with our custom logo.   The expired password page displayed the distorted header
