PSPBARUN error

Please see the error below.  When you look at table "SYSADM"."PS_FSA_BENEFIT" there are 3 fields not referenced in the INSERT statement below.  The following fields are missing from the insert:

FSA_CARRY_OVERRIDE

FSA_CARRYOVER_AMT

FSA_CARRYOVER_CALC

These 3 fields are not referenced in the COBOL (PSPBAENR.cbl) stored stmt.  Is this a known issue?  Has anyone seen this or know how we should resolve.  We did apply Tax updates and ACA bundle recently.  However this COBOL didn't get updated in either.  Thanks.
