Unable to connect to Office365 as SMTP

Configured EBS workflow mailer service per  following note, but failed to connect to Office 365 using SMTP/TLS.

Configuring an Oracle Workflow Notification Mailer with Cloud E-Mail Servers (https://mosemp.us.oracle.com/epmos/faces/ui/km/DocumentDisplay.jspx?id=2077434.1Doc ID 2077434.1)


Used the diagnostics suggested in note 2077434.1, got following error details, can anyone please suggest the issue ?
