Tracking multiple environments with the same PUM

Can we use the same PUM to upgrade multiple Psoft PT 8.54 FSCM 9.2 environments at the same time? if so I would assume somewhere within the PUM it tracks by environment what patches are already applied thru the upload process. What tales within the PUM contain the data that tracks that data?
