I'm attempting to install CS Bundle

We recently upgraded Peopletools to 8.54.08.  I'm attempting to install CS Bundle# 39.  It's the first bundle install I've tried with the 8.54 version of Change Assistant.  I can't validate the environment, because it can't find the SQL Query tool.  I've been through several KB articles and haven't found a working solution.

The Oracle client is installed in d:\oracle64

sqlplus.exe is in d:\oracle64\product\11.2.0\client_1\bin

Drives-To-Crawl is d:|m:/psoft

Path includes d:\oracle64\product\11.2.0\client_1\bin

Error in validate log:

(Step 2) Validating your SQL Query Tools

Error parsing: envmetadata\data\search-results.xml

Exception: null

Failed.  Did not find any SQL Query Tools
