MP 12 vs 9.2v

Good Morning,

Coppin State University is using 9.1v, tools 8.52.08 with Sql Server 2008 R2 and MP at 11. My question is, we are contemplating either to upgrade to 9.2 with latest patches or stay with 9.1 and upgrade to MP12 for one more year. The question is more towards the benefits on catching up on Bundle #37 vs 9.2, I appreciate any feedback!
