How can I create a pgp encrypted file from Integration Broker?

How can I create a PGP encrypted file from Integration Broker?  I have a message creating an XML flat file from PeopleSoft via Integration Broker and using the FILEOUPUT connector.  How can I PGO encrypt the resulting file?
