Department Cre Message got stuck in RMS RIB with the Error

javax.ejb.EJBException: javax.transaction.TransactionRolledbackException: Hibernate Error

    exception id: 1447678842976; nested exception is:

  com.retek.platform.persistence.PersistenceException: Hibernate Error.

This is hapening in V12.0.10.

Kinldy Suggest how to solve this error.
