Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. I cannot set the PS_SERVDIR env variable using PSADMIN on PT 8.5x

There is a functional requirement for ERP to set some variables: PS_FILEDIR and PS_SERVDIR.

We have PT 8.53.10, I already set the PS_FILEDIR but I cannot set the PS_SERVDIR env variable using PSADMIN,

The custom admin menu shows "This environment variable cannot be added." Does Oracle not support changing this variable?

Any information on the issue is welcome.
