How to find nVision 9.1 Report Instance information (who ran, when,..) if ran from Microsoft Windows

I want to find information like who ran, when run, .. of nVision (PSoft 9.1) Report request instance if ran from Microsoft Windows Client ( 2 tier). Is these information stored in PeopleSoft tables like Process Scheduler?
