Having trouble with a new process type

I have a situation where I've needed to add a second SQR Process type to schedule an already defined delivered process with a different set of prepended parameters.

I've called it SQR Process2. It's only for UNIX/Oracle. It's an exact duplicate of the delivered process type except for the name.

When I attempt to run a process of this type, it just sits in Queued status.

We tried bouncing the scheduler and clearing cache, but not sure what else may need to be done.

I appreciate any assistance.
