Teams vs. Groups
Hi There,
It is my understanding that from the OIC perspective, a Group is used to distribute sales credit vertically(to sales managers) whereas a Team is generally used to distribute sales credit horizontally(among team members). Is it possible to have the Team revenue roll up to a manager as well?
Below is a chart of what I am trying to achieve.
I need the sales from "Kobe Salesrep" to find their way to both "Justin Manager" and "President Mike". Is there a way to accomplish this with either groups or teams, or some combination of the both?
