Campus Mobile - error after Login: psback cookie has error in format

Hi,

I am experimenting some issue with PeopleSoft Campus Mobile. After successfully authenticated, I always receive the following error message in the screen.

           'Connection Error: Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact your IT.'

When I click on the OK button and explore the items in the menu, I can only see 3 items: What's Happening Today, About and Logout.

Within the Integration Broker errorLog file I can find the following error message (see attached file)

     'RESTListeningConnector: Service() psback cookie has error in format!!'

Does anyone have an idea about this error message and how to solve it?
