Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. POAPPRV work flow is not picking the latest package

Hi ,

I am modified a piece of code in the workflow dependent package and compiled successfully in the database.

while testing the workflow i am facing the below issue:

[WF_ERROR] ERROR_MESSAGE=3835: Error '-20002 - ORA-20002: 3240: Error '-4061 - ORA-04061: existing state of has been invalidated

ORA-04061: existing state of package body "APPS.XXRAD_PO_APPROVAL_WF_PKG" has been invalidated

ORA-04065: not executed, altered or dropped package body "APPS.XXRAD_PO_APPROVAL_WF_PKG"

ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.XXRAD_PO_APPROVAL_WF_PKG"

' in 'PLSQLBLOB' API 'xxrad_po_approval_wf_pkg.ATTACH_PO_REPORT'' encountered during execution of Generate function
