Unable To Open Any Notification

Hi ,

we have upgraded the application from 11.5.10 to 12.2.4.

after upgrading the workflow when ever we try to open any notification we are facing an issue.

"an unexpected error occurred please contact to your system administrator"

Any inputs for resolving the issue.
