Hibernate Error - RMS.RIB_MESSAGE table for a Dept

Dear Team,

We are on RMS 12.0.10 and below error message was found in RMS.RIB_MESSAGE after the creation of Dept.

Please see below :

javax.ejb.EJBException: javax.transaction.TransactionRolledbackException: Hibernate Error

    exception id: 1447678842976; nested exception is:

    com.retek.platform.persistence.PersistenceException: Hibernate Error

In RMS.rib_message table under Location column we found that :  MerchHierToRPM.MDB.1 message was written.

So we thought, Dept was not flown to
