how to find project migration logs in tables?

Hi Everyone,

I am going to migrate the projects on regular intervals, inbetween someone from my team overriding these project, SO i wanted to check who modified and when its modified with what user??

I have verified it in PSPROJECTDEFN & PROJECTITEMS, Here I am able to find only last updated date&time, But i wanted the history of the same.

Can someone help with the following details...

1) is there any table that stores the logs of project migration ?

2) I have gone through some docs& blogs as per that we have enable Change Control or DB auditing.. but will these reduce the performance ??
