1099 M - Copy B Report print alignment

We are implementing PeopleSoft 1099 M process for the first time for 2015.

The 1099 CopyB report does not align properly with bi-fold paper we use. The instructions at the top section overflow into the form section when the paper if folded. Which paper do clients use to align the Copy B report?
