How can we remove cell boundaries and row counts on delivered paglets in 9.2?

We are upgrading from HCM 9.0/PT 8.53 to HCM 9.2/PT 8.54.16. We have one user who, when they log in to 92, cannot see their reports to. Additionally, the birthday and anniversary alerts and direct reports show in table format with cell boundaries visible and a column appears on the far left with label of "Row Counts" and displays count for each row. We have tested on various browsers and desktops. We have reviewed compatibility mode for IE10. Nothing seems to work. Users copied user profile to a new profile and logged in with that one.
