Collection Across different OU

Hi Advanced Collection Community,

We are working on R11 instance and our customer would like to use the module on the account level for all operating units together.

It means that if the same customer is used in multiply organization all of them will be visible to the collector in one place (one responsibility)

It also means that all system activities (scoring, strategy, work items, dunning letters) will also be handled together for the specific account (with more then one OU)

Does any one knows if it is possible, If yes how it can be done?
