Has anyone coded cms9010 to work for multiple business units?

We received cms9010 to fix inventory costed issues. It runs first as a report then runs again from a different screen as a process that uses report process instance to generate fixes. We have a lot of business units and need the solution to run for all business units and not just one. Has anyone coded this to do this?
