SOA Integration repository: Generate Web Service Error

We are using a predefined VM with Oracle EBS instance (EBS_domain_DEMO).


When we try to generate any SOAP Web Service, we get this error.


Exception 'oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Application: FND, Message Name: IREP_SOA_PROV_ACC_EXCEP. Tokens: EXC_MSG = oracle.apps.fnd.isg.common.error.ISGException: ISG_SERVICE_GENERATE_ERROR : Malformed URL Exception; ACTION = GENERATE; ' occurred when attempting to perform 'GENERATE'. Please view Log/Error details for more information


Something similar happens when I try to deploy a REST Web Service, which is more likely to be related to the first error.
