PeopleSoft GL Spreadsheet Journal Import issue - expansion of buttons on the home page

We have occasionally been experiencing a weird phenomenon with this tool and it appears to be related to the use of dual monitors. The buttons on the home page expand when they are clicked on and grow bigger every time they are used. If I use it just on my laptop without projecting it on another screen, it is fine. Has anyone experienced this issue and come up with resolution to it? I have attached a screen shot.
