Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Notes type and Unpaid reason

Hello,

Where can we define the values for the Notes type and unpaid reason - in the view notes section - under transactions in the collections screen.

Also, from where are the phone number and email values populated in that screen.
