clearing sysclrlist-16 items on sysaudit

PeopleBooks provides the same resolution (Run the VERSION Application Engine program) for all sysclrlist-xx items.  My sysaudit shows items under (sysclrlist-16) Entries in PSQRYDEL and PSQRYDEFN are not mutually exclusive.  I ran VERSION, but that did not correct the audit items.  Other than deleting the problem queries, is there another solution?
