Can Manager Approve the Workflow Via Email Only?

Hi Experts,


We used AME/Workflow in EBS R12.1+ for approval process. Can the approver approve the workflow request via email only? I know we could setup FYI notification emails, but I didn't see the doc on responding workflow via email(achieving the same result like user clicks Approve or Request Info button in EBS workflow notification). If it's supported in Workflow, could you point me to the document/steps to setup Workflow so the texts in email could be processed as approve/reject/request info and reflected in Workflow Action(History)?
