R12.2 EBS workflow stops several times

Hello Team,

This is R12.2.4 EBS system, our workflow services stops time to time during the day, then i try to run it, on 3rd or 4th trial service runs successfully. Error log shows below when service gets down:

I have opened SR and no luck until now, searched the support and could not find specific, does anyone has any idea ?
