COBOL (PTPDBTST) memory allocation error after patching PT 8.54.13 to PT 8.54.16

The simple Cobol test program (PTPDBTST) does not run successfully in either our demo and test environments that have been patched with PT 8.54.16.   The following error is returned:

Load error: file '/apps/ps/psoft/cblbin/PTPDBTST.gnt'

error code: 105, pc=0, call=1, seg=0

105   Memory allocation error

Since PTPDBTST runs successfully in our non-patched environments, it appears that this error behavior was introduced with the PT 8.54.16 patch.

Has anyone else run into this behavior.  Does anyone have a resolution?
