Only 9 nVision reports on one server (on machine) can be run

Hello!

We are facing very strange issue.

After upgrade system from PS 9.1 (PT 8.50.14) to PS 9.2 (PT 8.54.17) we can run only 9 nVision reports per server (machnine).

Although there are setup 4 schedulers and according to process scheduler setup we should be able to run concurently 16 reports at once (4 per scheduler).

Every next scheduled  when alredy 9 nVisions are run, end with error.

Error message:

Process Request shows status of 'INITIATED' or 'PROCESSING' but no longer running

In process scheduler ther is error message:

PSPRCSRV.932 (0) [2015-12-18T16:32:12.800](3)      Requests found in Process Request table         1
