Issue in Installing Retail Analytics 14.0.0.0 in 11.2.0.4 database?Please help me!

I am Installing Retail Analytics 14.0.0.0 in 11.2.0.4 database.I got the below issue while Installing database part.please help me?

Execution of DBC scripts

     [exec] Executing file RMS01USER_Tables_Create.sql

     [exec] ORA Error while executing RMS01USER_Tables_Create.sql

   [delete] Deleting directory /RMA140/RMA140/CDROM/ora/installer/dblogs/.wallet

 

Creating Table 'XTERN_RDWT' DEFAULT DIRECTORY XTERN_DATA_DIR

                        *

ERROR at line 62: ORA-06564: object XTERN_DATA_DIR does not exist
