PeopleSoft Integration with Voltage

Has anyone integrated Voltage Encryption with PeopleSoft?

We have been using Voltage for data encryption within PeopleSoft and it was working fine.  At some point, we moved our encryption and decryption out of PeopleSoft, upgraded Tools a few times, and now have a requirement to do some data decryption via App Engine/Process Scheduler and it is not working.  I seem to be having certificate issues.  I'm wondering if something in the set up has changed during our Tools updates.

We are currently on Tools 8.53.12.  We originally implemented the Voltage integration in 2009 or 2001.
