OAM 'resource_url' parameter not available anymore after upgrading to BP07.

Hello All,

Please find below the problem description we are currently facing in our upgraded environment. This problem occurs after upgrading from OAM 11gR2 PS2 BP02 to BP07 -

- We have resources protected using OAM's OICScheme, which uses 'DAP' as a challenge method and 'TAPModule' as an authentication module.

- In BP02, when user is redirected to the login page specified as challenge URL in OIC authentication scheme, OAM is adding query parameters in login URL which we are using in our implementation. One of the query parameter, resource_url, is critical from our implementation point of view. Please see below the login URL which user is presented with, in BP02
