Loading lockbox multiple payment file at a time.

Hi,

We are facing an issue while trying to load the multiple file of lockbox in AR peoplesoft 9.1 release. It is erroring out with a unique constraint error while trying to insert the data into PS_AR_IDCUST_EC record by AR25001 process when run with a multiple files at a time. When we load the file separately, it works.

Is there any bug identified related to this issue or is it something that we need to correct at the file level. We also notice that one of key field PS_AR_IDCUST_EC.EIP_CTL_ID is inserting as null value by the AR25001 process. Can you please help me to understand the use of this field. Is it being used at the later stage in the system? Please advise. Thanks you in advance!!
