oam_policy_mgr not joining cluster

Hi group,

I have the following problem: after configuring OAM 11.1.2.3 BP4, when starting all Managed Server, the oam_policy_mgr MS are not joining Coherence Cluster, thus the oam_policy_mgr app is not being deployed. At log i have (see below. Has anyone faced this issue?

The topology is a 3 machines holding 2 ManagedServers per machines (physically distinct). At firts the oam_servers had this problem and the issue was that at oamconsole -> Server Instances had a localhost configuration. Now the oam_policy_mgr are showing this. Any help will be appreciated.
