Migrate RMS13.0 to RMS 15.0

Hi There,

What is the best approach to migrate from RMS13.0 to RMS 15.0? All applications are pure Vanilla with no customizations...

Is it possible to do the following way:

- Migrate existing DB to 12c

- Setup application middleware (weblogic)

- Install V15 Applications

- Testing

Will above approach work? Do we have to do any data migration also? I assume since we are migrating exiting DB, data will already be there with us.

Can someone please guide me asap...
