How to limit the database inactive sessions through weblogic

About month back , we had PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.54 upgrade and we have increased PSAPPSRV count to support Oracle SES. Now the DBAs found that there are more DB sessions still open in the database which is hindering the resource utilization by our payroll jobs.

Pay calculation and Pay confirmation jobs were taking more time than usual now. Business has asked to limit the inactive session through weblogic. Is there way to limit the user sessions through weblogic?


Weblogic version : 12.1.3.0.0
